Hybrid model of proton structure functions

We develop a ``hybrid'' model of the proton inelastic structure functions applicable in wide region invariant mass produced states $W$ and momentum transfer $Q$ including deep scattering (DIS), nucleon resonance production, as well close to threshold. DIS is described terms parton distributions together with higher-twist corrections from an available global QCD fit. The resonant part addressed Breit-Wiegner contributions five $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}(1232)$ resonance, $N(1440)$ Roper three effective resonances describing second third regions. couplings photon are helicity amplitudes. nonresonant background smoothly extrapolated low-$W$ low-$Q$ values proper behavior at real limit ${Q}^{2}=0$ near independently treat transverse ${F}_{T}$ longitudinal ${F}_{L}$ function fix parameters analysis world hydrogen electroproduction photoproduction cross-section data. demonstrate very good performance by comparing our predictions data on differential cross sections ${F}_{2}$ $R={F}_{L}/{F}_{T}$.
